(2)  Affirmation 

Repetition is the key to allowing any affirmation to have an influence on you. You must repeat these words several times a day. You should tell yourself that you are going to have a healthy living and will overcome all your negative thoughts towards the weight loss goal. You can also say them when you are confronted with situations, where your lower self is trying to pull your leg.

Also, say these words several times before you are trying to get sleep at night. While saying these words, you should also visualize, you dominating your lower urges and becoming the master of them. When you are able to do this, you will feel stronger and the weight loss tasks, which may have seemed daunting, will become much easier to accomplish. Beware of complacency, though since you must keep your mental guard up to avoid backsliding.
