(3) Sense of pride 

The human mind is indeed a remarkable thing. But often we tend to take it for granted. We do not give it the due respect that it deserves. I guess this is mostly because it is capable of taking care of itself. It does not demand any attention from us and so we do not give it any. But what if we did? We are always eager to do some tasks, if we get something in return on accomplishment of these tasks. So, what can be your motivation for your weight loss achievement? Let me assure you that from my experience there is no single factor than injecting a sense of pride that can make you feel better on achieving some goals. So, make it a habit to give a pat to yourself, whenever you are able to do some weight loss tasks, however simple it is.
